Research On The Administration Of Urban Management Coordinators In Gusu District,Suzhou City

With the development of our country's social economy,the urbanization process is accelerating,the city scale is increasing day by day,more and more people are gathering in cities,and the pressure of urban management is getting worse and worse.Compiled by researchers,however,many factors such as fiscal funds and related policy,law enforcement personnel the number of new far is difficult to make up for the current growing power vacancy,so the number of volunteer's work in the urban management enforcement auxiliary increase rapidly,alleviate the pressure of urban management work,and effectively support the rapid development of urbanization,maintains the good cities,for our country's urban management work out of the great contribution.In 2017 by the fourth plenary session of the party's 18 "on comprehensively advancing the rule of law of the central committee of the communist party of certain major issue decision" is put forward to innovation and the way of administrative law enforcement,law enforcement system integration of the basic unit law enforcement team,the rational allocation of law enforcement power,we will deepen reform of the administrative law enforcement system.We need to be innovative and explore.Therefore,it is of great significance for China to deepen the reform of administrative law enforcement system.Gusu area as an example,this article selects suzhou coordinators team management as the main research targets,full use of street in the analysis of bureaucracy theory,governance theory and the theory of administrative assistant,first discusses the related situation of gusu area coordinators,including system team,management system,recruitment system,salary system,assessment and promotion system,etc.,understand the coordinator's positive played a harmonious political people mover,supporters of the administration to complete,the action of managers of various eyesores.Secondly,the problems in the management of urban management assistants in the gusu district and the causes of these problems are studied.Finally,the author puts forward his own opinionsand Suggestions on how to get rid of these problems and realize the standardized management of the team.The author hope that through study coordinators team management,make it reasonable in the process of the practical work can efficiently fulfill responsibilities conferred by the state,government,society and expectations,to promote the volunteer's own ability and quality of ascension,the needs of The Times and social development,to the road of professionalization and specialization,and in raising the level of urban management in our country,improve the government's executive ability and credibility,to establish the authority of the government,the implementation of the current central on the spirit of building a service-oriented government.
