Study On Public Order Management Of Urban Community In Xuzhou City

With the accelerating process of urbanization in our country,the scale of urban communities is constantly expanding and the number is constantly increasing.Grassroots communities play an increasingly important role in the administration of public security.Community public security management refers to the governance of social security issues in a certain area.Community public security management relies on the community and the public security and judicial organs to govern the social order and community life and property safety in accordance with the law.The orderly and orderly process of community order is a routine social management activity that maintains the normal social life order in the community and ensures social stability and unity.Xuzhou City,located in the junction of the four provinces of Jiangsu,Shandong and Anhui provinces,special geographical location,convenient transportation and transportation,combined with the central city of Huaihai Economic Zone on the surrounding population agglomeration effect,Xuzhou City,more floating population,social security complex,Xuzhou police carrying a huge Security pressure.On this background,this article will analyze the existing problems in the public security management of urban communities in Xuzhou based on a large amount of reading documents and local documents,combined with the professional knowledge in the field of public administration and the advantages of government agencies on their own resources and functions.In particular,This paper analyzes the factors affecting the public order management of urban communities in Xuzhou and puts forward feasible suggestions to solve the problems of public order management in urban communities of Xuzhou and improve the public security management of urban communities in Xuzhou.This thesis focuses on the current situation of urbanization in our country and the impact of urbanization on the public order management in urban communities.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the public security management of urban communities in Xuzhou based on the community policing in Xuzhou.From the perspective of how to better manage the public order in the community,Level to study how to adjust the public order management model of Xuzhou city community to adapt to the current characteristics of Xuzhou residential differentiation and new trends and achieve the goal of better management of community law and order.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and the main reasons for the community security management in Xuzhou City and the analysis of other excellent community security management cases,many management models and management methods worthy of reference in the innovation of public security management are proposed.One is to improve the organic combination of community policing system and group prevention and mass governance;the other is to build multi center management model in the trust environment;the third is to improve the working mechanism of public order management in the community;and the other is to strengthen the effective integration of community policing resources.
