Research On Luo Zhanglong's Thought On Labor Union(1919-1930)

Luo Zhanglong was an early activist of the Communist Party of China and one of the leading labor movement leaders.In his practice of conducting trade union work and leading the workers' movement,he actively ran publicity and was brave enough to explore.He always put workers' political and economic interests first and made important contributions to the development and progress of China's labor movement.Luo Zhanglong's early study on the theory of Marxism-Leninism trade unions laid a profound theoretical foundation for the formation of his labor union ideology;at the same time,Luo Zhanglong attended international conferences to accept the instructions of international trade union organizations,participate in the formulation of the work plan of the trade union of the CCP Central Committee and summarize the domestic trade union movement.Practical experience to guide China's trade union work has laid a practical foundation for the formation of its trade union ideology.The formation and development of Luo Zhanglong's trade union ideology can be divided into three stages:budding,formation and development.He studied at Peking University in the early years.The broad ideological atmosphere of Peking University allowed him to emancipate his mind.Participating in the May Fourth Movement became a turning point for him to embark on the road to labor movement.During Luo Zhanglong's charge to the Northern Labor Group Secretariat,he actively participated in labor movements,reorganized trade unions,and led strikes.In the process of combining theory and practice,his trade union ideology was formed and he developed with the continuous deepening of the revolutionary cause.Luo Zhanglong formed a correct understanding of trade unions in the practice of trade union activities,defined the nature of trade unions,pointed out that trade unions are an economic organization of workers,and at the same time they are a very great political force in society.Summarized the methods of organizing trade unions and the tasks of trade unions.Through solidifying the organizational foundation of the lower layers to develop trade unions,it was pointed out that the purpose of organizing trade unions was to strengthen publicity and education for the working class and to lead the working class in its economic struggle and political struggle.Emphasizing that the revolutionary trade unions must be led by the working class,the working class has a firm position in the struggle,heroic tenacity,and great influence,and it has the charisma to lead the Chinese proletariat against the oppression of the enemy.We must attach importance to the issue of the united front in the activities of trade unions.We must resolutely resist the yellow trade unions and promote the unification of the proletarian trade union and the international front of trade unions.Trade unions must accept the contents of the Red Labor Union International and the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.Luo Zhanglong's trade union thought is the inheritance and development of Marxism-Leninism trade union thought,which is the crystallization of the theoretical level of the Chinese Communist Party's trade union thought.However,there are also deficiencies in its trade union ideology,which should be evaluated objectively to provide reference for how to do a good job of the trade union work under the conditions of the socialist market economy today.
