At present,the community plays an irreplaceable role as an important part of the city and the basic unit of urban residents' life.To strengthen the scientific management level of community work,so as to improve the social management and public service ability of the community,is the general residents,governments at all levels and the social from all walks of life force and important subject of all need to pay close attention to and actively.Therefore,it is very important to improve the evaluation system of community work and evaluate the performance of community work scientifically and objectively.Based on the work performance appraisal of 57 communities in haizhou district,fuxin city,this study analyzed the existing problems.Correlation analysis as the main method,emphatically with SPSS software as calculation tool,verify the analysis performance evaluation scores and the community reflect the correlation between objective data for each community,find out the objective factors can affect the community work,to the evaluation results on the fairness problems.It's not fair.Finally come to a conclusion is the economic development level is the important factors that affect community work performance,time,community,workplace area in residential buildings in age structure of community,community workers have an impact.On the basis of the conclusion in haizhou Suggestions to improve the existing community performance evaluation system,to improve assessment accuracy,impartiality,and improve the scientific level of community management,for fuxin city and other small and medium-sized cities,resource depletion,promoting community construction for reference.
