| Government governance is one of the most important and key issues in the field of public administration,and the government governance is ultimately the problem of government governance efficiency.The efficiency of government governance is an important indicator to measure the level of government governance.In our country,the municipal government with weak supervision has powerful governance power and authority,and its governance efficiency is not only a direct embodiment of the efficiency of national governance,but also greatly affects the effect of national governance.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the governance efficiency of the municipal government and to find the specific factors that affect the efficiency of government governance.First of all,on the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad and the successful experience,this thesis constructs an input-output index system of the government governance efficiency of the local government.Secondly,based on the data envelopment analysis(DEA)method,using the CRS model and the super efficiency DEA model,this thesis evaluates and analyzes the government governance efficiency of the Huludao from time dimensions and space dimensions.The results show that in the time dimension,the government governance of Huludao is relatively effective during the period from "ninth Five-Year Plan" to"12th Five-Year Plan";in the spatial dimension,the government governance of Huludao is relatively effective in cities of Liaoning province,the ranking is sixth in the 14 cities of Liaoning.Finally,this paper uses the Tobit model to analyze the factors that affect the efficiency of government governance,and found that 8 indicators,such as per capita financial expenditure,urban and rural income ratio,the number of hospital bedsper thousand people,road area per citizen,and comprehensive utilization rate of waste,have a significant impact on the efficiency of government governance. |
