Study On Synergetic Supply Of Rural Elderly Care Services In Guangxi

As the ageing of the population intensifies,the proportion of rural households aged 65 years and above in Guangxi has increased significantly,and the ratio of dependents in the elderly population has risen further.Changes of the population structure have aggravated the burden of supporting the old for rural family.More and more elders have been left behind because of the transfer of rural migrant workers in urban and rural areas.The demands of elderly care services in rural areas have gradually shifted from satisfying the basic material needs to high-level demands for unity of spirit and material.Therefore,facing the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand,it is of great practical significance to study the problem of elderly care services in rural areas.The supply of elderly care services is influenced by the government,family,society and the market,and it is particularly necessary to play the synergistic role of the various supply bodies to promote the development of the rural supply of elderly care services in Guangxi.First of all,this paper,starting from stating the current supply status of the services for the old in rural Guangxi,expounds the condition of each supply body,and analyzes the matching of supply and demand.Secondly,it combines the Synergetic theory with the supply of rural elderly care services in Guangxi,and analyzes the connection between them from three aspects of theoretical conditions,influence and operability.Thirdly,we make some further study on the difficulties and theirs the causes of the Synergetic supply of rural elderly care services in Guangxi,describe the dilemmas for the main supply bodies of government,family,society and market,and analyze the subjective and objective factors that cause the difficulties.Finally,from the perspective of the government,family,society,and market,we explore the path of Synergetic supply.In the implementation of Synergetic supply,taking the demand of rural elderly services as the starting point,the multivariate supply bodies cooperate closely.They will be guided and standardized by the mechanism of dynamic,cross subject,operation,and supervisory feedback to ensure the effective cooperation among them.In research methods and content,it mainly uses methods of literature research,system analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze and research subject.It focuses on analyzing the responsibilities of various supply bodies in Synergetic supply and what kind of supply content is provided and by what kind of supply methods.The main supply bodies,the supply methods and the supply content will be coordinated together,the Synergetic goal of providing rural elderly care services in Guangxi will be eventually achieved.
