The prison enterprise is a special enterprise which is adapted to the needs of the reform of the criminal labor.Prison enterprise also is the commodity production and operation unit of society,from the content and form with the basic conditions of enterprises,with the general nature of the enterprise,can not deny the particularity of general studies,prison enterprises must first affirmed the general nature of the enterprise.Another identity of the prison enterprise,as the enforcement,responsible for consolidating the party's ruling status,maintaining social stability,protect the economic and social development,the sacred duty service of peace building,is closely related with the masses of the people live and work in peace,and the city of S city development are closely related,and is closely related to the construction of socialist modernization.The management personnel of the prison enterprise include the national civil servants,the enterprise cadres,the fixed workers and the contract workers,etc..S prison enterprises to achieve leapfrog development,we must rely on a solid foundation and political skills,business proficiency,law enforcement justice of high-quality management team.However,managers are able to adapt to the new situation and new tasks and new requirements of the ideological and political quality,cultural quality,management ability and level of business need training assistance,so the training concept,system,mode and methods still need to be strengthened and improved.This S enterprise management personnel training as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the training work,and demonstrates the necessity and urgency of the optimization of training process.Based on S enterprise management personnel training work is analyzed,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,S enterprise management personnel training work puts forward optimizing countermeasures as follows:to perfect the training demand analysis,to speed up the training system,strengthening the training implementation and improve the training effect evaluation mechanism,strengthen the training of practical,scientific design training courses.In order to improve S prison enterprise management personnel training quality and efficiency,so as to improve the core competitiveness.
