Research On The Evolution Mechanism Of Public Opinion Caused By Public Events In Social Media

At present,social media has gradually become the center and social consensus culture,concerned about the current hot spots in the public gathering in micro-blog WeChat as the representative of the social networking platform,discuss public affairs,express interest,public opinion field formed from the traditional official opinion field.In the period of social transformation in China and the contradiction between multiple background,active degree of network public opinion is rising,especially in some public events,the occurrence and development of the process of communication,the network public opinion and the spread of the outbreak was a "blowout" situation,the public social and public events,hot spots.The social media represented by micro-blog WeChat plays an important role in the process of spreading all kinds of important public events,and provides a platform for the public to express their interest demands.At the same time,social media in public events also tend to be negative emotions,or even bad information gathered in the spread of rumors,specific public events and users once the hatred of the rich,Qiu officer police hatred and reverse social emotional fit,can easily lead to public opinion crisis,endanger the social stability.Therefore,the occurrence and evolution of public opinion to master social media and public events,to understand the characteristics of public opinion,public opinion on the basis of in-depth study of social media public events triggered by the guide mechanism,there will be conducive to the public network public opinion of our government actively and effectively respond to and resolve network public event,has important significance for accurate analysis and effective response public emergency network public opinion.This study selected the 2017 social media on behalf of Shandong public opinion hot events--"shame female homicide" as the research sample,after reading a lot of literature,systematically expounded the social media features,public events and network public opinion development process on the basis of in-depth study of social media public event triggered network public opinion,social environment and psychological mechanism analysis of social media,public events cause and many factors of network public opinion,combined with examples,summarized the stage characteristics of public events social media network public opinion evolution,and puts forward some effective strategies to deal with public events and guide network public opinion of social media.The main points of this study are as follows:1.the public opinion evolution of social media public events is promoted by the social environment,the public psychological motivation and the role of media.2.the evolution process of social media public events can be divided into four stages: incubation period,public opinion field formation period,influence formation period and recession stage.Even if events are different,their evolution stages have universality.3.social media,public events,public opinion guidance and risk control need to be unified.The interaction between the three parties of the government,the media and the public can achieve better guidance effect.In this study,in addition to the conventional questionnaire investigation method and literature method,using the method of case study and network data mining method can effectively capture the network public opinion hot topics of network data mining using data capture tools,observation characteristics,orientation and emotional dimension,people experience network thinking and emotion,cognition and behavior of Internet users the monitoring mechanism of resistance,to enhance the social media public events of public opinion evolution of cognition.
