Study On The Government Response To Netizens' Opinions

The rapid development of the Internet has made the Internet an important way for people to express their demands.In the face of the rising public opinions,the government should form the Internet thinking and react to it actively.The government and the public increasingly concentrate on how to deal with the changes of the public interests in the age of Internet and build the highly efficient response path.The development of the government response to netizens opinions has got good results but still has many problems at the same time.On the one hand,the main part of the government response(government and citizens)is inadequate.It is outdated for the response ideas of some government departments.They still set themselves as managers and focus on departmental interests.It blocks the communication of the government and citizens.Netizens are more subjective and their value preference is diverse.The phenomenon of unordered expression of Internet users appeared.On the other hand,In the process of government response to netizens' opinions,there is a lack of specific response standard,sound information disclosure mechanism,effective response to regulatory mechanism,standard feedback and evaluation systems.These problems have become an obstacle to the effective response to online public opinions,which needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,this paper selects the government response to netizens' opinions as the research object,trying to discuss the government response to online public opinion from two aspects: the response subject and the operation process.First of all,in this paper,researches about the government response,the netizens' opinions at home and abroad are summarized and concluded.The concepts of government response and network public opinion are defined.They provided theoretical basis for study of this article.Secondly,it emphasizes the realistic background of the government response to netizens' opinions.Next,this paper selects the mature government response platform system to conduct case analysis.Summarizing the basic situation of "the Platform of Expressing Netizens' Opinions in Zhongshan District" and its characteristics about the government response to netizens' opinions.And it analyses the problem and the reasons of government response to netizens' opinions.Finally,based on the present situation and problems of government response to netizens' opinions in our country,as well as the useful experience of the case,this article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect our government response to netizens' opinions.
