School bullying occurs on and off campus,and is constantly "secretly" staged in schools.Only a small number of incidents are entered into the program and handled by the school.Bullying incidents surfaced are only the tip of the iceberg.Most bullying incidents are hidden.It is now hidden underwater,and students are more aware of the bullying incident than teachers and parents.This has also caused long-term fears and worries among the perpetrators and the minority bystanders.In fact,in our country,many students from elementary schools,junior high schools,high schools,and even universities have all been plagued by bullying on campus.Bullying on campus has become a common practice on our campus.Insufficient relevant research and lack of effective policy formulation can reflect the lack of effective processing mechanisms and comprehensive anti-bullying strategies adopted by schools in the face of this problem.Few people can correctly understand their bad influence and the results they generate for a small number of students.Threatened.In this paper,first,it enumerates the representative theories in the study of campus bullying so far;secondly,tries to determine the theoretical position of the legal governance in the process of the above campus bullying.Next,the present situation of school space and campus bullying are explored under the large framework of the current social and cultural research as the keynote.Finally,it explores the way and direction of campus bullying legal governance.Therefore,this paper,in addition to the theoretical basis for the accurate positioning of the school bullying law in the past study of campus bullying,also tries to make contributions to the two aspects of the formation mechanism of campus bullying and the legal governance in order to further deepen its theory and further comb and explore the large framework of social culture.
