In recent years,the frequent occurrence of bullying in primary and secondary schools in China has seriously affected the study and life of many students,which has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.However,due to take place between students bullying phenomenon itself has the characteristics of concealment,extremely and the restriction of traditional factors such as social concept,bullying problem for a long time has not been due attention from all walks of life in our country,therefore,in the face of flare-ups in network information era,a large number of reports of bullying,the social from all walks of life in shock,did not timely and effective and operable coping strategies in accordance with the law.In the backdrop of the current comprehensive law in our country,the socialist education legal framework has been basically established,but not in time to the problem of bullying,formulate perfect laws and regulations,thus makes the education administrative department and school when dealing with bullying,or could not be in accordance with,or improper governance,poor effect so that more social problems.Therefore,in view of our country some fixed number of year of the education of law,early repair method or the new laws will become the inevitable choice of governance bullying problem in our country,thus to speed up the proceeding of the rule of law school bullying governance in our country.In this paper,the author will study the rule of law governance of school bullying in China from four major aspects.The first part is an overview of campus bullying.This paper mainly expounds the essential attribute,manifestation and the difference between campus bullying and campus violence.Defining the essential attribute of school bullying is the key to the problem of school bullying.In the second part,it is of great significance to rule the law of bullying on campus.The application of the rule of law to cope with the current serious situation of school bullying in China is the inevitable requirement of the development of human society to the rule of law society and the optimal choice to solve this problem.On the basis of this,it is of great significance to analyze the rule of law of school bullying in China.The third part analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the governance of school bullying.At present,there are many factors that restrict the process of the rule of law.First,the law.The legislation is not perfect,the law enforcement is lax,the supervision is not enough,the legal system education is not corresponding to the purpose.Second,Since ancient times,the traditional ideological factors such as "no lawsuit" and "harmony is expensive" have been deeply rooted,which makes people more willing to use their private power to solve the problem of school bullying.With the rapid development of economy and society today,people's thinking is not adapted to the current concept of rule of law.The fourth part focuses on the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the law of bullying in Chinese schools.In view of the various factors that restrict the legal system of school bullying,the author mainly discusses the relevant countermeasures from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement,legal system education and social supervision.
