The broad masses of people are eager to maintain social stability and build a harmonious society,however,the transformation of the society has brought many contradictions that we can not ignore.So,we must increase the emphasis on stability problems,and strengthen the suffering consciousness and responsibility consciousness,we must understand the situation clearly,and then grasp the law,so that we can intensify the power to prevent and control the risk from the source.Social Stability Risk Assessment,as a preventive measure uses before the risks appear,plays an irreplaceable role in the scientific prediction,analysis and assessment.It is of great significance to maintaining social stability.With the construction of the rule of law,the status of Social Stability Risk Assessment is more prominent,and it is an indispensable part of democratic and scientific decision-making from place to place.The Social Stability Risk Assessment System of our country has already formed the" Suining of Sichuan mode","Shanghai mode","Huai'an of Jiangsu mode" and "Tianjin mode" and each of them has distinctive way of evaluation.And they have provided a stable social conditions for the making and implementation,the approval and the audit of important decisions,the important policy,the major construction projects,major events related to the social public order and other major matters of the formulation.But through the study of various patterns,the author found that all the existing evaluation modes have a certain degree of defects,and they can directly affect the work of the stability evaluation and lower the effect.The author thinks that all over the country should learn from each other,and pay attention to learning western advanced experience in this field,so that our country's Social Stability Assessment can become more feasible and effective.At the same time,scholars should insist on studying and exploring to improve the work of the system,and find the problems and put forward reasonable suggestions,and constantly promote the work of stability evaluation in our country becomes more statutable.The author will begin with the introduction of the general situation of the Social Stability Risk Assessment as well as the features of some excellent stability evaluation models in our country,and then find their existing problems,and through the introducing of foreign advanced experience to solve these problems appearing in the process of evaluation and put forward the countermeasures.So,the author can contribute her own strength to make our country become a prosperous,democratic,harmonious,civilized and beautiful modern socialist powers.
