Research On Urban Public Safety Management Of Community A In City S From The Perspective Of Community Policing

In recent years,the problem of urban public security has attracted more and more people’s attention and thinking.Urban public security is directly related to the people’s legitimate rights and interests such as the right to life and health and property rights,and threatens the people’s sense of happiness,gain and security.Therefore,the importance and urgency of improving the level of urban public security management is obvious.The community is like the cell of the city.The community security is the basic unit of the city public security management.The city public security management of the basic functional departments,including the community policing,is the important foundation to ensure the city public security.Therefore,the study of urban public security management based on the perspective of community policing is of great significance to promote the further development of the relevant theories of urban public management,strengthen and improve the urban public management system,and improve the level of urban public security management.Based on the perspective of community policing,this paper studies the urban public security management of s city a community,clarifies the main connotation of three core concepts: community policing,urban public security and urban public security management,sorts out the views and research results of domestic and foreign scholars on community policing and urban public security management,and introduces the need to master and The basic theories and research methods include governance theory,new public management theory,community policing theory,community management theory and publicsecurity management theory.This paper uses the method of combination of theory and practice,mainly taking the practical affairs of urban public security management such as community policing in community a of S City as the research object,and has investigated and mastered the current working condition of its urban public security management in detail,which mainly includes two aspects,one is the current working condition,the other is the new situation and challenge at present On the basis of this,the paper further studies the existing problems of urban public security management,and makes an in-depth analysis of these problems by using the theoretical knowledge.As a systematic project,urban public security management has a great impact on the life safety of residents,and its related work will be affected by many factors in the process of promotion,such as residents’ quality,management mechanism,hardware facilities,social science and technology level,etc.In the part of the fourth chapter,this paper puts forwardsome comprehensive countermeasures from several angles: first,to improve the system and the management mechanism of urban public security;second,to strengthen publicity and education and create a public opinion atmosphere of public security management;third,to strengthen coordination and form a joint force of urban public security management;fourth,to innovate working methods and improve urban public security management Fifth,strengthen supervision and inspection to ensure the implementation of urban public safety management.
