With the rapid development of the Internet and the arrival of the media era,the network has become the main space for information dissemination,the power of public opinion is affecting all aspects of social life.CAPF is responsible for maintaining national security and social stability.In recent years,the online public opinion on CAPF has gradually increased.Some of the negative public opinion has brought the harm image of CAPF.This phenomenon gradually led CAPF pay attention to the online public opinion,and take some measures to prevent and control.Facing the trend of normalization of dealing with online public opinion,what CAPF's deficiencies of existing means of control?How to take measures from the perspective of crisis management to resolve the crisis and maintain their own image?Based on the theory of crisis management and communication,this paper expounds the current situation of the public opinion of CAPF and the influence of the online public opinion on it.The paper analyzes the typical case of CAPF,its causes,characteristics,development trend,coping strategies and achievements.Based on the 4R model of the crisis management process and the theory of the network public opinion transmission law,putting forward the corresponding strategies from the crisis reduction,preparation,reaction and recovery.Finally,put forward the conclusion of the paper and the future research direction.It is hoped that through the research,it will help CAPF find an effective way to deal with its own crisis so as to better deal with the fast Development,highly complex and uncertain modern society in the Internet era.
