Study On The Legal System Of Banning Smoking And Drugs In Shanxi During The Republic Of China

On the issue of banning smoking and drug in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China,experts and scholars have studied it from the angle of politics,history and literature,and few scholars have made a special and systematic inquiry into the anti-smoking activities of Shanghai in the period of the Republic of China from the angle of law.In order to find out the superiority of the anti-smoking legal system in Shanghai Province during the period of the Republic of China,the author tries to make some suggestions for the perfection of the contemporary anti-drug legal system.On the basis of the laws,works,speeches and other raw materials related to the prohibition of smoking and drugs in Shanghai during the Republic of China,this paper uses the historical analysis method and the literature research method to sort out the raw materials collected.Sort out the situation of tobacco and poison,the legal ideology,the specific content of the legal system,the characteristics of the legal system and the implementation of the legal system in Shanghai between 1912 and 1937.Finally,the modern enlightenment of Shanghai anti-smoking law system in the period of Republic of China is obtained by analyzing and discussing.Introduction: This paper introduces the current research status of the experts and scholars on the study of the anti smoking drug problem in Shanghai during the period of the Republic of China and the modern value of the study on the problem of the anti smoking poison from the legal point of view.Part ?:The situation of tobacco poisoning in Shanghai from 1912 to 1937 was introduced.Based on the previous practice of anti-smoking and drug law in Shanghai,the phenomenon of banning tobacco and soil species was basically realized in the province.However,due to the weak ban on tobacco in neighbouring provinces and the existence of large areas of tobacco and soil cultivation,Shanghai became a marketing market for tobacco soil in neighbouring provinces.Then it
