Community as the basic unit of society,its governance level directly affects the development of cities and even society.As the basic component of urban community,community residents' participation in community cooperative governance is an important part of community construction and development,which is directly related to the process of social governance modernization.Firstly,the author summarizes and analyzes the relevant theoretical issues of residents' participation in community governance.Then,taking Jing Jia Community in Nanjing as an empirical research object,this dissertation adopts empirical research methods such as interviews and questionnaires,Explore the typical experiences that urban communities have achieved in promoting community participation in community governance and analyze the basic status quo of community residents' participation in urban community based collaborative governance from the aspects of residents' willingness to participate,degree of participation and effect of community governance.The research shows that at present,there are still some difficulties in participating in community cooperative governance,such as low enthusiasm for participation,limited participation and poor community governance.The reason is mainly restricted by two,aspects of extermal system and internal motivation.Among them,the external system constraints include the imperfect governance structure,the administrative tendency of the resident committee,the restriction of the personnel management system,the absence of law in cooperative govermance,The internal motivation constraints mainly include the need to expand the channels of cooperation governance,the balance of the subjects to be improved,the awareness and ability to cooperate need to be strengthened,and the conflicts of interests between residents participating in community cooperation and governance objectively exist.The article puts forward the optimal path of residents,participation in the cooperative governance of urban communities in terms of optimizing the external environment,internal motivation and platform construction for residents to participate in urban community cooperative governance.The purpose of this study is to further enrich and deepen the domestic research on the residents' participation in the cooperative governance of urban communities.By exploring the mechanism of cooperation and interaction between residents and communities in the process of governance,this study provides a useful reference for strengthening and improving the residents' participation in urban community cooperation and governance practices.
