Research On The Governance Of Old Urban Community In The Holistic Perspective

With the continuous development of urbanization,the status of urban community is more and more important.The strength of community governance has been significantly strengthened.The resources of the community such as financial resources,material resources and manpower have been continuously improved.The status of community work has been strengthened.The framework of the community service support system has been continuously improved,which has benefited the people's livelihood.However,the urban old communities rely on the traditional governance mode of district offices and neighborhood committees to make them increasingly disadvantaged in the process of urbanization.Compared with the newly built commercial community,both the infrastructure and the public service.There is a big gap between the provision of services and the quality of life of the residents in the old communities.The residents in the old communities complain continuously.How to govern older communities more effectively has become the most crucial task for grassroots government departments and an important part of social governance.Taking the typical old community of Binhai New Area Y community as an example,taking the holistic governance theory as the angle of view,this paper conducts an in-depth study on this issue.The research of this paper mainly uses the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.First of all,by reviewing the theory of the holistic governance and the old community governance research literature from domestic and foreign scholars,combing the research status of the old community;Secondly,taking the Binhai New Area Y community governance status as an empirical analysis of cases,analysis of the Y community governance The main dilemma exists;Third,through the introduction of advanced domestic community governance experience,and based on the actual situation of Y community summed up the experience can be drawn;Finally,the holistic governance theory perspective of the old community governance ideas,mainly to strengthen the community environment Comprehensive remediation,change the power structure of the old community governance,change the existing governance model,the introduction of the concept of "big property",vigorously cultivate social organizations,encourage residents to participate in many ways and establish an equal consultation platform.
