Research On The Needs And Support Mechanism Of Community Elderly Care Services For "village Conversion"

In the process of urbanization,the elderly population is losing their position of respect and support in the traditional society.The urbanization movement and the tendency to miniaturize the size of families have pushed the family's support responsibilities to the elderly into the society.Urbanization and aging make the contemporary problems of the elderly become particularly prominent.In recent years,the new rural construction and community construction have made community service highly valued.Under this background,this paper selects a type of community in the process of urbanization,the "village change home" community to carry out the research on old-age service.In recent years,most of the research on old-age care services in China is based on the supply perspective.This paper returns to the supply motive force-demand.According to the survey,it is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly to continue to socialize in the T community.Based on the status quo of the community survey and the socialization characteristics of people in the village,the article translates the continuing socialization needs of the elderly into: individual needs and social needs,and emphasizes that community services should be used to meet social needs as an entry point to build social support mechanisms.Meet the social needs of the elderly while promoting the satisfaction of individual needs,helping the elderly to continue to socialize.This article consists of six chapters: The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,and combs the existing literature,concepts,and related theoretical foundations;The second chapter is the analysis of the status of social investigation and survey data,mainly from the elderly old-age pension status and community service supply status two aspects described;Chapter III analyzes the needs of the elderly in terms of individual needs and social needs,and analyzes the needs of the elderly through the interaction of community life,family life,the elderly community and the neighborhood according to the social location of the elderly.According to the contents of continuing socialization,the social needs of the elderly are analyzed from four aspects: role identification,internalization of social culture,social integration and basic rights,and it is believed that community services should start from the social needs of the elderly.To further discuss the reasons why the community service supply cannot meet the needs of the elderly to continue socialization;Based on the needs analysis and policy analysis,the fourth chapter puts forward two social support mechanisms and two measures: constructing mental health support mechanism,constructing demand expression mechanism,safeguarding the right of the elderly to receive community education,and cultivating the ability of the elderly in the community;Chapter 5 is a summary and discussion.
