Since the implementation of precision poverty reduction,how to innovate and improve poverty alleviation methods is an important concern of the government.As the shortcomings of the industry in poverty alleviation are gradually exposed,the organization-cultivated rural development methods came into being.This article investigates Guangdong Green Farm Station and Xiannianxi Village through field research and literature research,which is affected by the market economy.It is caused some phenomenon such as rising traditional livelihood costs,failure of industrial poverty alleviation and embarrassment for migrant workers.The villagers of Niangxi was failed to get rid of poverty and they faced the phenomenon of “hollowing out”of villages,and the problem of alienation of social relationsamong villages.The Xianniangxi Social Work Station develops small-scale agriculture industries such as tourism and processing by nurturing subsistence groups for livelihoods,striving for restore and improve rural public space to culitivate the rural mutual assistance tradition,and to drive village development with the strength of villagers groups.However,there have emerged four problems,the organizational contribution to the village is limited,the organization's credibility effectiveness supervision of social work,the government weak support in,and the villagers' desires conflict with the concept of green farming.This article proposes the following suggestions for this,strengthening the internal and external construction of the villagers' groups,reshaping the credibility of the group,and enhancing the ability to work.Strengthen the awareness of villagers.
