Research On The Effective Connection Between Poverty Alleviation And Rural Revitalization

The No.1 Central Document in 2021 pointed out that it is necessary to consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation and effectively connect with rural revitalization,which points out the direction for the next stage of rural work.The poverty alleviation strategy is the prerequisite for the realization of rural revitalization,and the rural revitalization strategy is the guarantee for consolidating the results of poverty alleviation.The effective connection between the two can provide a Chinese solution for the world’s poverty problem and help achieve the "two centenary" goals 1.Promoting the innovation and development of anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics is of great significance to my country’s economic and social development.At present,the poverty alleviation has achieved historical achievements such as all the rural poor people from poverty,the economic and social progress in poverty-stricken areas,the mental outlook of the poverty-stricken people,the significant improvement of party-mass relations in rural areas,and the creation of a Chinese sample of poverty reduction governance.Rural revitalization has laid a solid foundation,but the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization still has the following dilemmas: the endogenous motivation of the masses is difficult to stimulate;the poverty alleviation system is not smoothly connected;the upgrading of rural industries is difficult;the rural civilization needs to be cultivated urgently;the public Services and infrastructure are backward;rural human resources are seriously hollowed out;the effect of the implementation of central policies is not good.To this end,it is necessary to improve ideological and theoretical understanding,activate endogenous motivation,explore innovations in poverty alleviation systems and mechanisms,consolidate institutional foundations,improve the rural investment environment,achieve prosperity and development of industries,maintain overall stability in poverty alleviation policies,and continue to consolidate poverty alleviation results.Poverty alleviation is effectively connected with rural revitalization.
