Study On The Government’s Response About Peasant Mass Event Of Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone

As the acceleration of the urbanization process,China has entered a rapid social transformation period,the social problems are highlighted by the systematic changes in society,so as the social contradictions.As social contradictions and conflicts,mass incidents have become the important factors restricting the construction of harmonious society.Since China’s rural population accounts for more than half of the country’s population,the mass incidents of peasant account for more than 60% of mass incidents.Whether the rural society is stable and the peasant mass incidents can properly solve the construction prospect of a harmonious society in the whole country.Analysis of peasant mass event,therefore,the government’s response to the problem of peasants in the process of mass incidents and explore the root causes,study construction of urbanization in the process not only can provide grassroots government effectively handle mass incidents quickly,at the same time,can provide the real guarantee for building a harmonious socialist society.This paper is based on the theory of social conflict of Lewis Coser,Through case analysis method,literature research method and so on,firstly throughout the national peasants mass incidents status,secondly from the aspects of characteristics,types,manifestations and influences,the typical cases of peasant mass incidents occurred in the Taiwanese Investment Zone of Quanzhou from 2011 to 2015 are deeply analyzed..Analyzing the prevention system,the disposal mechanism and the post-mortem mechanism of the government disposal of peasant mass incidents.Summarizing its effective experience and analyzing its deficiencies.Through the improvement of these reasons,we hope to finally put forward the countermeasures to solve the peasant mass incidents more comprehensively and accurately.
