Research On Social Security Governance In Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone

At present,China's social development environment is relatively harmonious,and the overall social security environment is stable.However,in the urban-rural junction,the social security environment is different,more prominent,and more complex.Due to its special geographical location,the rural-urban junction has formed its unique attributes.With the continuous recommendation of urbanization,opportunities and challenges coexist.The particularity of urban and rural fringe lies in the difference between urban social public security governance and rural social public security governance.The existing social public security governance model for the urban and rural fringe does not play a prominent role in terms of specific effectiveness,and there are still problems that the governance effect is not ideal.Taking quanzhou Taiwanese investment zone of social public security management as the breakthrough point,through introducing the theory of public service and polycentric governance theory,analysis the main body of social public security management,advocate the social public security management main body,including government,society and the public cooperation,joint action for the governance of the safety problems,and take all sorts of legal and effective measures to crack down on the crime of security controls,explore the social public security management mode,the improvement of social public security management of urban-rural fringe effect,maintain a stable and peaceful social order.This paper mainly consists of the following six parts: the first chapter is the introduction,including the background and significance of the research on the topic of this paper,the summary of the status quo of the research,the proposed research methods,and at the same time draw a technical roadmap,which illustrates the innovation points of the research on the topic of this paper.The second chapter is the introduction of basic concepts,including the Taiwan business investment zone and the basic concepts of social security and social security governance,and introduces the adopted multi-center governance of social security governance and the new public service theory.The third chapter analyzes the situation of social security governance in quanzhou investment zone for Taiwan businessmen,introduces the social security situation in quanzhou investment zone for Taiwan businessmen,and investigates the current situation of social security governance in quanzhou investment zone for Taiwan businessmen through questionnaire distribution to form the conclusion of the investigation report.This paper analyzes the characteristics of social security governance in quanzhou investment zone for Taiwan businessmen,clarifies the subjects of social security governance,defines the subjects of social security as the government,society and the public at three levels,and analyzes the different role positioning and mutual interaction.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the social security governance of quanzhou investment zone for Taiwan businessmen,and further discusses and analyzes the reasons.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures for the improvement of the quanzhou Taiwanese investment zone of social public security management,successively from the experience of other Taiwanese investment zone of social public security management for distilled experience revelation,from three aspects: government,society and the public brings forward countermeasures on quanzhou Taiwanese investment zone of social public security management,through the multilateral cooperation mechanism exert,mutual coordination and cooperation governance,maintaining the harmonious stability.
