A Study On Human Resource Management In Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone Government Department

Along with globalization, informatization and the era of the knowledge economy’ s coming, all the countries in the world have adopted an open policy,talent, capital and information flow freely in the world.. In an increasingly competitive situation, it is necessary that the reform of the traditional personnel administration mode and the exploration of government human resources management with China conditions. On the current situation, in government’s human resource management we have made great progress, but in the aspect of practice progress is slightly less, especially in grass-roots government departments.Firstly, this paper elaborated the meaning of government departments and the human resources management of grass-roots government departments. There was a brief analysis of the particularity and importance of human resource management of grass-roots government. At the same time, it compared human resource management with traditional personnel administration of government departments and enterprises human resource management. Secondly, it adopt questionnaire investigation to research the situation of human resource management in Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone government department, and then summarize the existing problems.At last, on the basis of in-depth analysis on the results of the investigation, drawing on the advanced experience of human resource management at home and abroad, it offered proposals to improve the human resource management of Quanzhou Taiwanese investment zone government according to the theory of modern human resource management. I hope not only to expand and enrich the research on human resource management theory of China’s general grass-roots government,but also to provide suggestions for Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone and government departments which are exceptive and complex as it.
