Research On Multiple Subjects Participating In Community Governance Of Quanzhou

The community is the basic unit of social governance.With the development of economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization,The importance of community construction is increasingly evident.The concept of community management changes to community governance,The community system has been changed from single governmental authority to government,market,society and residents are involved together.Community governance is not just the responsibility of government officials,but the responsibility of the whole society.Multiple subject interact and participate in community affairs in the complex case,impacting community decision-making.This paper takes urban community as the research object,taking the YanLing community of Quanzhou as the example.Using case analysis,analyse the situation and relationship of superior party committee government,the party organization,autonomous organization and other organizations.Explain the situation and the effect of YanLing community.The study found that exist some problems about multiple subjects participate in community governance of YanLing community,such as the community has a lot of administrative tasks,community residents lack of active,the quality of public service is poor.The reason is that less of interactive within multiple subject and lack of professional team.This paper studies the problem,learn from domestic and foreign experience,Make suggestions on building a harmonious community through changing of government function,improving the governance system and community service level.I hope the YanLing community will adapt to the development better,and provide reference for other community.
