Study On Innovation Of Social Governance In Jinjiang Mass Organization

Although the mass organization is a special situation of our country and the background of social organization,but in its growth process in the long term,has been affecting the development of China politics,economy and society constantly.However,the new period of China's economic and social development calls for the innovation of social governance,the mass organization work is facing new opportunities and challenges.Jinjiang city as one of the national top 100 counties(cities),the social and economic development has been at the forefront of the country,how to promote the Jinjiang mass organizations to participate in innovation of social governance has become an important and urgent issue in this situation.In this paper,the theory of new public service organization change theory,starting from the new situation,the innovation of social governance of the new requirements,the first analysis of the status quo of Jinjiang city mass organization and the necessity of participation in innovation of social governance;introduces the current Jinjiang city mass organizations play the role of innovation in social governance;and then analyzes the problems of Jinjiang city mass organization in the innovation of social governance deficiencies,independence of the work of public service functions of a single definition is not clear,the ability to serve the masses,congenitally deficient working methods;the reasons for these problems include the administrative color is strong,the political system structure,mass organizations of their own constraints,funding channels restrict etc..On the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of domestic mass organizations to participate in innovation of social governance,finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions of Jinjiang NGOs participation in Innovation of Social Governance: organizational change theory as a guide to promote social cooperation,the new public service theory as the fundamental functions of transformation,to strengthen the ranks of cadres.
