Study On Service Imbalance And Development Strategy Of Rehabilitation Mode In Work Therapy Station

As a platform for community rehabilitation,it is also a service model for community rehabilitation.Work therapy station plays an important role in resettlement of intelligence,mental health and community rehabilitation,but there are still some problems in specific service practice.Therefore,this paper selects D street work therapy station in Guangzhou as a case study,combined with literature analysis and policy research method and qualitative interviews,and community integration theory,explore the existing problems in the rehabilitation mode and the specific reasons,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.According to the relevant content of the theory of community integration and the specific conditions of the service of the treatment station,this paper will apply the theory of community fusion theory to the students of the treatment station,and through the investigation and Study on the D Street work therapy station in the city of Guangzhou,it is found that there is a loss of service in the service practice at present,that is,there is a imbalance between work and treatment service station in the service practice.This problem will directly affect the integration of community rehabilitation and community interaction among trainees.The main reasons for this problem are as follows: The professional social work support is weak,The service positioning of the medical treatment station lacks the perspective of community rehabilitation and community integration,The interaction between community organizations lacks the perspective of community integration and the deviation of policy formulation and implementation.The interaction of the above causes leads to the problem of service imbalance in the service mode.Finally,according to the current rehabilitation mode work therapy station the existed problems and causes,the corresponding countermeasures and put forward the following suggestions: First,the occupational therapy station should clarify its specific service orientation and carry out relevant professional services according to its service orientation.Second,set up professional service posts and increase the support of professional social work service in the work station.Third,the relevant government departments should simplify the application process of the fund for the treatment station and implement the special community service funds for the treatment station as soon as possible.Fourth,work therapy station should integrate relevant resources in the community,form a good cooperative relationship with other social organizations and other organizations in the community,and provide services for students.Fifth,policy formulation,improvement and implementation should be combined with the specific reality of the community.
