With the deepening of reform and opening up,Our society organizations have made rapid development in 40 years.A large number of grass-roots social organizations active in the community,which marks our civil society to a certain extent has been growing,While serving the society,social organizations have also strengthened their interaction with the government.Also caused academic and social discussions.At present,the research on the relationship between government and social organizations mainly focuses on the types and influencing factors of the interaction between the two.However,as an applied social science research,the academic community has shaped the partnership between government and social organizations.The research on the reshaping mechanism of the " Servant " relationship under the background of strong administration is rarely involved.Therefore,the study was conducted,it can broaden the research perspective and enrich the theory of local research.At the same time,it can also actively explore a good partnership between the government and social organizations.This paper starts from the theory of stakeholders,and selects the “leading” party(government at all levels)and the “attachment” party(social work organization)of the J city government in the western cities of the Pearl River Delta as the research objects.Based on the stakeholder theory,empirical observations are made on the changes in the interaction between the government and social organizations in the project.By analyzing and summarizing the resistance factors in relational development,we propose a mechanism for reshaping the relationship between government and social organizations “Servant” to “Partner”.The first chapter is an introduction,focuses on the background and significance of this study,by reviewing research results,presented research ideas,research methods and research innovations.The second chapter explains the connotation of theoretical perspectives and their applicability.Chapter 3 makes empirical observations on the status quo,trends,action mechanisms,and multiple relationship models of the J City project on the basis of stakeholder theories.On the basis of observation and description,the fourth chapter analyzes the predicament of partnership between government and social organizations in the development of J city.The last chapter summarizes and looks forward to the full text.The summary section focuses on the practical significance of reshaping partnerships for the realization of social governance by multiple entities such as governments and social organizations;In terms of the outlook,the deficiencies of theoretical perspectives and case materials are elaborated.In addition,starting from the research reality,we reflect on the current plight of reshaping political partnerships in China and present the author's expectations.
