| The housing problem is an important issue that migrant workers face in the survival and development of the city.How to solve numbers of migrant workers' housing problems in this context has always been a concern for the government and scholars.To explore and solve the housing problems of migrant workers,effectively protect migrant workers' housing right and improve the urban living standards of migrant workers,which will contribute to the harmonious and stable development of society.The first part is the introduction about the background and significance of this topic,research methods and theoretical basis,research status from home and abroad,and innovation points.It aims to explain the necessity of exploring the legal path of migrant workers' housing dilemma and domestic and foreign experts' thought on this issue.The second part describes the current situation of migrant workers' housing dilemma,such as infringement of migrant rights,and then from the perspective of household registration system,from the perspective of real estate legal system and from the perspective of constitution to analyze the legal causes of migrant workers group housing difficulties.The third part introduces the legal methods used by foreign law to solve the housing difficulties of low-income groups.For example,Germany,the United States,Singapore,and other countries have made greater use of legal means to solve housing for lowincome groups.There is a legal path to search for migrant workers' house in China.The fifth part mainly elaborates the countermeasures for solving the housing dilemma of migrant workers,such as perfecting the legal system of housing leasing to standardize the housing leasing market,promoting the construction of joint-property housing,promoting the exit mechanism for paid-for housing land in rural areas,and establishing a housing provident fund system for migrant workers.We will continue to promote the reform of the household registration system and implement real estate tax policies. |
