The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Public Utilities Development In Dongxing District,Neijiang City

Rural public services refer to the non-profit social services provided to meet the needs of development of agriculture,rural development and peasants life,including rural infrastructure and rural public services.Its development meet the needs of peasants,and change the situation of rural,develop agriculture and rural,improve the living standards of peasant.To make further progress in the construction of new countryside,we must deepen the study of public services in rural areas and explore breakthroughs.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee made it clear that "building a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and building a socialist country ruled by law".As all we known,the establishment of a state under the rule of law needs a guarantee mechanism for political stability and social development.In modern society,to obtain the legitimacy of state power and realize effective social management,the government must have the ability to provide all sectors of society with public products that meet the needs of its society.For Dongxing District,where the proportion of rural population is relatively large,the development of rural public services can strongly promote the construction of new countryside.It not only brings lots of benefits to the rural population,but also provides a powerful guarantee for improving the quality of life of peasants.Based on the concept of public service in rural areas and combining with several theories related to public service,this paper focuses on the analysis of the present situation of rural public service supply in Dongxing District based on the existing research results of scholars both at home and abroad.Based on this analysis,I want to know what is the main problems and provide suggestions for the development of public services.It is expected that this research can provide a solution for the development of urban and rural development,new rural construction and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas in Dongxing district of Neijiang City.
