Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Public Service Supply

With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of rural reform,the government's public service capacity is particularly important,which directly affects the development of regional economy.The township government belongs to the grass-roots organization in the political power organization of our country,which plays the important role of leading the rural reform and development.Township governments need to actively guide the masses to implement and implement the development strategies and ideas formulated by the higher authorities,and at the same time provide them with sound public goods and services to contribute to the construction of a new socialist countryside.At present,China's urban-rural dual structure is still unchanged,and the continuous progress of rural society requires the government to provide more services.In order to perfect the management system of townships and promote the modernization development of township governance,the construction of public service capacity of township government is urgent and plays an irreplaceable role in the development of townships.In order to improve the scientific nature and rigor of the research results of this paper,I make full use of the literature research method in the research process.Through the reference of library and website,the research results of the world are summarized.At the same time,the paper also adopts the inductive deduction method to dig deeply into the theories related to public service and sort out the summary.Focus on the analysis of typical rural public service construction problems,find the current rural public service in China's shortcomings and shortcomings,summarize the relevant quality experience.Through case analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods to feedback some villagers of Z town and some cadres of the town government on the local public service construction opinions and views,enrich the content of the paper.The paper can be divided into four parts.One is to analyze the research background and theoretical basis of the subject,summarize the theoretical results of relevant literature,and lay a theoretical foundation for the subject.Secondly,the paper analyzes the public service capability of the township government,and finds out the deficiencies and defects of the current township government by means of questionnaire survey.Third,through the research,to the township government public service capacity of insufficient reasons for the focus of analysis.Fourth,in view of the current situation of the public service capacity of the township government in China,the corresponding construction measures are put forward to closely connect the township cadres with the peasants and give full play to the subjective initiative of the masses.Through the establishment and improvement of the performance appraisal system,the fair and just public services of township governments can be realized to promote rural development and improve the living standards and quality of residents.
