Research On Telecom Network Fraud Crime

With the rapid development of telecommunication and network technologies,people enjoy the scientific and technological achievements,but also suffer economic losses and mental damage caused by telecommunication network fraud.In recent years,telecommunication network fraud tactics have been continuously refurbished and increasingly concealed.This has not only led to an increasing number of frauds in telecommunication networks and increasingly serious losses,but also has brought great difficulties to the public security organs in their investigation and memorialization work.In order to effectively crack down on fraud crimes in telecommunication networks,this article starts from the perspective of sociology and borrows the theory of bad symbol interaction to analyze the interaction between offenders and victims in telecommunication network fraud and the reasons for fraud success.Based on this,to reduce and To curb the occurrence of telecommunication network fraud,put forward corresponding countermeasures.This article contains four parts.First,the first part is the introduction.The purpose and significance of the research are introduced.Based on the study of relevant research materials,a brief overview of related research is conducted.Based on this,the concept of fraud in telecom networks is defined,and the ideas and methods for research are tentatively determined.In the second part,on the basis of the statistical analysis of the 2016 B-network fraud alert data of City B,the type,characteristics and victim characteristics of B-telephone network fraud are studied.In the third part,based on the theory of unhealthy symbol interaction in sociology,the paper analyzes the interaction process and causes of bad symbols in telecommunication network fraud.In this analysis,the author discovered the social reasons for the interaction of telecommunication network fraud and bad symbols,including inadequate protection of personal information,weak awareness of self-prevention,and lack of effective external supervision.The fourth part proposes corresponding countermeasures based on the analysis of the previous causes of crimes and the current relevant laws and regulations,aiming at the current B city's need to combat telecommunication network fraud crimes,and proposes to improve the relevant legal provisions to provide feasible suggestions.
