Study On Crime Prevention And Control Mechanism Of Floating Population Settlement Area

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's economy,the urbanization process has been speeding up,and there has been a large population movement.Floating population poured into the city,and to promote the development of urban economy,formed some areas of the floating population in the city,but at the same time,also caused a series of social problems,among them the most damage,has been by far the most serious consequences of the floating population areas of crime.Areas of the floating population crime problem is outstanding,to people's personal and property security caused great threat,serious damage to the social order stability,gradually become a hot issue of common concern to the social from all walks of life.Under this background,the crime problem in the floating population area needs to be further studied.According to the theory of social solutions group and based on the environmental design theory of crime prevention(hereinafter referred to as the CPTED)point of view,with the speeding up of urbanization and industrialization process,great changes have taken place in people's lifestyle,traditional way of life by enormous impact,social upheaval,the binding force of the social control power to the people weakened gradually,leads to increased deviant behavior and criminal behavior.The crime in the floating population area is mainly due to the social solution group,and the increase of crime in the settlement area also aggravates the social solution group.CPTED's purpose is to study how to through the provision of objectively and subjectively safe construction environment to achieve the correct use of the space,and how to through the physical and symbolic barrier and change to form effective social control and supervision mechanism,so as to prevent the inappropriate use of to the space(such as crime and illegal behavior).Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the causes of crime in floating population centers from the perspective of social dissociation theory and cet theory,and to explore effective crime prevention and control measures.For this reason,this paper will analyze the crime reasons in floating population centers from the perspective of living environment in floating population centers,using social solution theory and cet theory.On analysis was found floating population living in urban villages,urbanrural fringe and city suburbs,the area is widespread considered weak,lack of government supervision,city management,etc.,living in such an environment,contact of the floating population crime opportunity,use of the environment increase the possibility of implementing crime,easy to induce crime.Based on the above research,it is found that the crime prevention theory can play a preventive role in the crime of floating population,and it is suggested that the urban-rural dual household registration system should be reformed to realize the equalitybetween urban and rural areas.Strengthen regulation and control the order of the community;Implement the "neighborhood watch" system;Strengthening supervision over offenders;Control of distribution channels,reduce the stolen goods value,etc.,building areas of the floating population crime prevention and control system,thus to prevent and reduce crime,and reduce the settlements of the floating population crime.
