Research On The Innovation Of Social Governance Model Of Urban Police Station

At present,“strengthening and innovating social governance” and “building a social governance structure for co-construction co-governance,and co-sharing” are the new directions for social development proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Police stations are the grassroots organization of the public security organs in our country.It is an important department that participates in the governance of public affairs.In urban society,police stations play multiple functions and play an important role in the harmonious and healthy development of urban society.In the current era of urban social transformation,the work of police stations is confronted with many problems,such as the neglect of crime prevention,the tension between the police and people,the rigidity of the community policing and the insufficient police supply.In the final analysis,the cause of these problems is that the existing social governance model of the police stations is not well adapted to the requirements of social reality.Therefore,it is necessary to reflect and innovate this social governance model.In theory,in modern society,good social governance is the organic combination of government management and social autonomy.At present,the urban police stations are more dependent on its own ability for their actual operation,which have certain closure and limitation.With the development of urban society,many types of social actors are taking on public functions and participating in the governance of social affairs.This not only achieves a good supply of public goods,but also well solves the public sector's behavioral obstacles.Therefore,the orientation of innovation in the social governance model of urban police stations should be: collaborating with other social actors and taking the road of social governance.This thesis is based on governance theory and social capital theory.It analyzes the existing problems in the current urban police stations' social governance work model,and then puts forward the innovative social governance of urban police stations by drawing on the innovative experiences of police departments at home and abroad in social governance.Several countermeasures and suggestions for the model.This thesis is divided into five parts.Firstly,it expounds the related questions of the research object of this dissertation,including the research background,research significance,research summary,research methods and research ideas,etc.Secondly,it defines and discriminates related concepts,then introduces the theory applied.Thirdly,it takes the G police station in Jining as an example to discuss the existing problems in the social governance model of the police station in the city and analyze the causes of the problems.In the fourth part,it introduces the practical experience of the social governance model innovation of the police department at home and abroad,and make brief evaluations.Finally,it puts forward the specific countermeasures for the innovative social governance model of the urban police station.
