Inner Mongolia Ulanqab City is located in the minority autonomous region-Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,it is also a model autonomous region of regional national autonomy system.At the same time of carrying out the central policy,Ulanqab City combines the rural areas with the reality and actively explores and improves the supply level of rural public services.Since entering the new century,the economy of Ulanqab City has developed rapidly,but the level of rural public service is still low,and the task of enriching the people and strengthening the village is very arduous.In recent years,the research of public service supply has been paid more attention by the academic circles.The realistic foundation,operation mode and fund management of rural public service supply under the background of urban and rural planning have become the key issues.Because of the particularity of rural physical geography,cultural custom,life style,economic structure and income status in Ulanqab City,Inner Mongolia,the level of rural public service supply in UlanqabCity is low.And whether we can improve the level of rural service supply in minority areas is related to the development of rural areas in Inner Mongolia,and more related to the national unity and border stability.Therefore,under this kind of research background,the research of the rural public service supply in Ulanqab City is of great significance.This paper takes the supply of rural public services in Ulanqab City,Inner Mongolia as the research content,expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis,and summarizes the research contents of the experts and scholars in the related fields at present.And on the basis of combing the literature,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the supply of rural public services in Ulanqab City,Inner Mongolia,the main problems,and the main reasons for the problems.Drawing on the experience of rural public service supply at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the rural public service supply in Ulanqab City,Inner Mongolia: first,to perfect the multi-network supply network of rural public service;second,to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots organizations.Third,improve the scientific and democratic decision-making of rural public infrastructure construction;fourth,perfect the legal system,clear the responsibility of supply of administrative bodies at all levels and strengthen intergovernmental coordination.
