Mongolia and China have a special historical relation and are geographically adjacent and culturally connected.Although Mongolia had undergone fundamental changes in the political system since the 1990 s and its civil service system was established on the basis of the institutional experience in Western countries, but the China's achievements made in the construction of the civil service system, especially in the civil service examination system still could provide useful reference for Mongolia. As a Mongolian student studying for a master's degree in China, the three years of administration management studies have made me have a more comprehensive understanding of the civil service system, especially civil service examination system in China, and a certain degree of understanding of the actual situation of civil service examination in China. This special experience led me to choose the civil service examination system as the topic for the graduate thesis. In this study, the author tries to compare the historical evolution, specific content, and implementation of the civil service examination system of China and Mongolia from the perspective of comparative study and analyze the advantages and disadvantages.Based on this,on the basis of learning from the construction experience of the civil service examination system in China and combining with the actual characteristics of Mongolia, the author puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions on improvement of the civil service examination system of Mongolia and hopes that this work can provide useful reference for the construction of the civil service examination system in Mongolia.
