Research On Urban Ethnic Work Under The Perspective Of Public Administration

With the high-speed of economic and social development,the city expands rapidly and the minority population grow constantly,which has highlighted the significance of the urban ethnic work.A good performance in urban ethnic work,plays an very important role in implementing the Party's ethnic policy,ensuring equality among all ethnic groups,strengthening national unity and establishing a harmonious urban ethnic relations.In this,my article takes the urban ethnic work in Tongliao,Inner Mongolia as an example,using the theory of regional national autonomy,the government function theory and social governance theory,studied the current situation and problems of the urban ethnic work in Tongliao under the perspective of public administration,and put forward to a basic idea and specific countermeasures of optimizing the urban ethnic work in Tongliao.The introduction part of this article,discusses the background and meaning of the research,analyzes some achievements in the related field both at home and abroad,stated briefly the innovation and shortcomings of the research;Chapter one “some related concepts and theoretical interpretation” defines the concepts of ethnic work and urban ethnic work,elaborates the theoretical foundation of the article.Chapter two “the current situation of the urban ethnic work in Tongliao,Inner Mongolia” expounds the basic information and main contents of the urban ethnic work in Tongliao;Chapter three“the problems and its reasons in urban ethic work in Tongliao ” analyzes the problems and shortcomings exist currently in the urban ethnic work in Tongliao,and its reasons from ideology,system and mechanism,legal construction and social ecology;Chapter four “experience and inspiration of urban ethnic work in and out of the region ”analyzes the achievements in urban ethnic work of similar cities in Inner Mongolia and other provinces and autonomous regions,and the inspiration followed by;Chapter five“the path to optimizing the urban ethnic work in Tongliao ” proposed a suggestion on how to optimize the urban ethnic work in Tongliao according to the problems posed in previous chapter;The conclusion part reviews the accomplishment made in research,and summarizes the innovation points.This study has a significant meaning in making up for the inadequacy in the academic research on urban ethnic work in Tongliao in the field,meanwhile in promoting the development of urban ethnic work in Tongliao smoothly.
