It is priority areas of work in socialist urbanization of urban ethnic work which maintains ethnic equality and solidarity and progress for basic principles for Party and State develop and construct to important content.To make the new ethnic work structure and to improve efficiently harmony is build a homeland together and complete mechanism of innovation.It can share of urban development the people and construct of urban ethnic community to the Chinese dream co-build.Taking Bao Han community as an example,it will be discussion and analysis that objective of innovation mechanisms combines experiences and problems of economic life,political participation,cultural communication,social inclusion and ecological construction.Also,to make the relative policy and measures can be promote a pro-national unity and build a well-off society in an all-round.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter of this thesis mainly discusses the background,significance of study,literature research,research contents,work of conceptions and theories,the starting point of this thesis research,and through combing the literature,to master the dynamic and trend of development of the research direction of scientific research.The second chapter discusses the general situation and life condition of the minority in Bao Han community in order to adapt the situation and study fundamental source.Also,it researches field work of general situation,main experience,existing problem and development situation ect.The third chapter is the domestic and foreign working mode in urban ethnic work and practice of experience and enlightenment to summarize.The fourth chapter discusses the specific measures of mechanism of innovation in community.And the conclusion part will comb and overview the article.
