With the deepening of the network of social impact,especially in mobile Internet mobile phone as the carrier and on weibo,wechat,live video of the rapid development of media,resulting in the topic event occurs,especially easy to cause the broad participation of the masses,cause relevant information in a short period of time passed quickly,broke out in a lot of comment on information,so as to form public opinion.The court has certain mystique to the general public,and it is the main distributing center of social contradictions.Social hot spot case,sensitive complaint involving lawsuit cases,policemen individual violations cases,controversial policies and regulations in public opinion,are likely to become a social hot topic and focus.Public opinion is in constant communication and discussion on deviation,emotional,and even aggressive attitude,plus some media and civic-minded individuals,easily lead to influence the judicial credibility,even offline events of network publicopinion crisis.The poor handling of the public opinion crisis in the law will lead to distrust of the judicial organs,which will lead to distrust of the law and a serious negative impact on social stability.Network public opinion,and properly handle the visits can smoothly through the crisis of public opinion,not only reduce the negative influence,also can achieve alleviate social contradictions,increase the court's credibility,promote social dissemination and other positive effects.This research attempts to further combing related literature at home and abroad,on the basis of investigation and interview,master data,the integrated use of Governance theory,Risk Society Theory,Synergetic theory,The Spiral of Silence such as public management theory,summarizes the current court in Inner Mongolia in law-related failures existing in the network public opinion crisis response,The problem why refining work for public opinion crisis response mechanism is not sound,the courts in new media and its propagation law knowledge,inadequate cooperate with relevant departments of the linkage,professional talent development space is limited,part of the grass-roots courts rely too much on guidance,the audience on the court exists misunderstanding and accuracy of the reported part of political science and law,the judicial work and network public opinion characteristics contradiction,etc.In this paper,by using the experience of some other areas and the typical cases,around the court work in Inner Mongolia the status quo,from perfecting coping mechanism,linkage inside and outside the department,construction of professionalteam,strengthen judicial openness,strengthen media cooperation,the development of social dissemination,etc.,will speed up the construction of network public opinion crisis response strategy put forward scientific visits countermeasures and suggestions.
