Study On The Team Construction Of Civil Servant In The Big Data Era

With the continuous development of the Internet,the Internet of Things and the Sensor Technology,China has gradually entered the Era of Big Data.The arrival of the Era of Big Data has brought opportunities and challenges to all walks of life.The construction of the civil service is no exception.Since the Communist Party of China's 18 th National Congress,deepening the reform of the cadre personnel system is an important part of China's Comprehensive deepening reforms.In order to build a highly qualified and professional civil service team,guarantee the efficient operation of institutions,further tap the internal potential of the civil service,we have to apply big data to the civil service team construction.It is a necessary requirement and trend of the Time.In the context of the gradual arrival of the Big Data Era,this study will combing the research literatures of the civil service construction from domestic and foreign,and analyze the inherent requirements of the civil service team construction in the Big Data Era.At the same time,this dissertation analyze the existing problems in recruitment,selection,appraisal,salary,and withdrawal in the construction of civil servants in China.Targeting the shortcomings that do not meet the requirements of the times,find out the causes of the gaps.Study the influence of the Big Data Era on the Civil Service Team Construction.In order to improve the public servants' enthusiasm,initiative,creativity,and work efficiency,this study is trying to put forward proposals for improving civil servant recruitment,selection,assessment,salary,and withdrawal mechanisms in the Big Data Era.Making the construction of the civil service more in line with the requirements of the times.We will provide new ideas for how to apply Big Data in the construction of the civil service to build ahighly qualified and professional civil service team.
