A Study On The Countermeasures Of Strengthening Police Stations' Responsibility In Preventing And Controlling Telecommunication Fraud

In recent years,with the rapid development of network information technology,the use of text messaging on mobile phones,electronic means of communication,such as the telephone and network communication platform for the implementation of telecom fraud crime is increasingly rampant,the masses suffer deeply.Telecommunication fraud crime has various forms,and has the characteristics of cross regional,and there are many reasons for the crime.Therefore,it is difficult for the police station to crack down on the telecom fraud crimes.The police station is the first contact organ to prevent and control the telecom fraud crime,and the realization of its investigative function is of vital importance to crack down on the telecom fraud crime.But how to crack down on the crime of telecommunication fraud has become a difficult problem for the police to investigate and solve a crime.How can we solve this problem? Combined with my practical work,I will show the difficulties and measures in the fight against telecommunications fraud in the process.The article will start in three chapters,respectively is the police telecommunications fraud prevention in the basic problem,the police prevent telecommunications fraud problems and causes,prevention of telecommunications fraud police reform.The first chapter introduces the basic problem of telecom fraud.The contents of this chapter mainly include the concept,manifestation,characteristics and causes of telecom fraud.At the same time,on the basis of the above basic problems,through the typical case of the public security organs in the telecommunications fraud in the role of positioning.The second chapter introduces the public body and organs in the prevention and control of telecommunications fraud in the responsibility of the body and the cause.This chapter is one of the key points of the article,the public security organs in the prevention and treatment of telecommunications fraud in the problem were described,and the causes of the problem were analyzed.The most prominent part of this part should be the analysis of the problems and causes of the lack of cooperation mechanism between public security organs and other organs in the prevention and cure of telecommunication fraud.The third chapter is the core of this article.Through the analysis of the problems and causes of the public security organs in the prevention and cure of telecommunication fraud,the second chapter puts forward the way of strengthening the duties of public security organs in the prevention and control of telecommunication fraud.The implementation of the duties of public security organs to prevent and control telecommunications fraud need to improve from the following aspects: to improve the public security organs to prevent and control telecommunications fraud legal provisions,strengthen the public security organs to build their own,to strengthen cooperation between the organs,As well as from the technical level to improve the public security organs to prevent telecommunications fraud duties.
