City construction,planning first.Scientific planning are prerequisites for sustainable city development.The nineteen major convening has put forward new requirements for the city planning of our country.We must build people's cities and adhere to the people's cities for the people.Children,as an important part of the people's group,are the future of the country,the hope of the nation,and the master of the future city.At the beginning of the city planning,it is important to guarantee the realization of children's rights,and to build a friendly city for children,and to ensure that children grow up in a safe,trustworthy,comfortable and warm environment full of human care.It will have positive effects on children's psychological development,physical development and interpersonal communication.Thus it is beneficial to the sustainable development of the city.At present,due to the lack of children's rights perspective in city planning and construction,some problems have arisen.For example,children's right to participate in city planning and construction is lacking,children's activity space can not meet children's needs,children's activity space design lacks rationality,and children is lack of safe way of going to and from school.Influenced by the traditional concept of children,modern city planning and construction do not fully understand and implement the principle of the best interests of the children.The rules concerning the protection of children's rights in city construction are sketchy,and the measures of the planning and management departments are weak,and guardians disregard the rights enjoyed by children in city planning.On the basis of the experience and construction ideas of Children Friendly Citiesat home and abroad,this paper puts forward the measures of city planning in the perspective of children's rights.Namely,building the system construction of the protection of children's rights,setting up a scientific view of children,strengthening the propaganda of children's rights consciousness,refining the standardization and construction of the children's rights protection,safeguarding children's right to participate in city planning and using big data analysis of Internet enterprises and government,which will be beneficial to make scientific city planning.
