Research On "Internet Plus" Mode In Administrative Examination And Approval

The construction of service-oriented government requires the government to gradually decentralize administrative power,and as the government's administrative examination and APProval of social and market important means,changes in its model have become the internal driving force for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Therefore,it can be said that the mode of administrative APProval is innovative.It is a self-revolutionary government.Since Prime Minister Li Keqiang proposed "Internet + government services," China's government departments have begun exploring the "Internet +" model of administrative examination and APProval services.Although good results have been achieved in some regions,the lack of service awareness in administrative examination and APProval departments has also been exposed.,The irrationality of digital political participation,the digital divide,the island effect of information and a series of issues.Establishing an “O2O One-Stop” APProval service model through “Internet+” has become an inevitable trend in the development of administrative APProval.Therefore,studying the “Internet+” new model in administrative examination and APProval will form a theoretical framework and a new model for administrative APProval departments.The establishment provides theoretical guidance.Based on the study of domestic and foreign administrative examination and APProval models,this article analyzes the case of Chengdu's “full life cycle” administrative APProval model and the “Internet+administrative examination and APProval” model of Mudanjiang City.The in-depth analysis of the actual dilemma,and finally put forward the proposal to improve the "Internet +" participation in the administrative examination and APProval model.
