As an significant entrance of Chinese administrative examination and approval system reform, the build-up and development of One-stop Service Center have direct impact on the further developing of Chinese administrative examination. As the signal of transform from traditional control government to service government, One-stop Service Center has made great achievements on both administrative examination and approval system implementation and government service enhancement. It also elaborates the whole Chinese administrative examination and approval system reform process. Then based on the Suzhou Industrial Park One-stop Service Center reality, it describes its achievements and analyzes its developing bottleneck. At last it proposes countermeasure on the reform of One-stop Service Center from different views of legal position, transformation of government functions, greater department structure reform, three separation of executive function mode and e-government.
