Paradigm is a set of concept which includes regular, theory standard and methods. Paradigm represents the world outlook of one subject field. The duplicability of Ideological and Political Education symbol communication can connect past with future, link process with result. The communication media we used in Ideological and Political Education is not the passive communication way. It is the consisting element during communication. The most important is logic, phenomenon and result during communication. Our goal is to know how basic Ideological and Political Education influence technology and how technology influence Ideological and Political Education deeply and also know how Ideological and Political Education promote and mode them. This refers to a challenge that we should treat Ideological and Political Education according to media and intermediary's original form. It is Ideological and Political Education communication form's phenomenon, significance and logic that consisting the basic of Ideological and Political Education activity. As to intermediary, I mean the process during defining, selecting, organizing, explaining and demonstrating significance. If this can be normalized and received well, we can draw a conclusion that we have the Ideological and Political Education paradigm.Ideological and Political Education paradigm has changed from one-way indoctrination to current intersubjectivity. It is not static but improved and expanded continuously through the application of it. The scientist and philosopher Kuen refers that paradigm is clarifying and refining objects in a new and urgent environment in his book Structure of scientific evolution. In this sense, after one paradigm has formed initially, the subsequent researchers'jobs are modifying this paradigm to make it perfect. However, as time past, a new kind of paradigm may come out in competitive form. Through the choice of new practice, the new paradigm may replace the old paradigm and becoming the recognized paradigm. Now, information technology has fulfilled modern people's life and brought a number of new elements which result in new feature during Ideological and Political Education. The development of information society not only requires the reform of Ideological and Political Education and also creates the conditions and environment of the reform. Paradigm revolution is on the verge of breaking out. Throughout the changing process of Ideological and Political Education paradigm, we can see the imprint of social progress's influence on Ideological and Political Education's reform. We also can find the closely connection between Ideological and Political Education communication and technology, especially media technology reform. Now, in 20th century, this technology can be a bit of thing during human beings scientific development, but we can feel the tremendous impetus they bring to Ideological and Political Education communication.
