Rural left-behind children problem is a prominent problem in China's economic and social development,research and management of rural left-behind children problem is an important task of our country's economic and social development.In this paper,we study Hheyuan city,Guangdong province rural left-behind children problem,the full text is divided into five sections:Chapter 1,Introduction.Raise the topic and mainly introduces the research purpose,significance,ideas,research methods and the structure of the thesis.C hapter 2,he theoretical study of the rural left-behind children problem,the existing research results,as well as the definition of related concepts to determine the scope of the subject.C hapter 3,investigate the left-behind children in Heyuan city,understand the basic situation of the research object in detail.Combined with the results of the investigation,we analyze the problems existing in the rural left-behind children.C hapter 4,in view of the problems,put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of rural left-behind children from four aspects: government,family,school and society.C hapter 5,conclusion and discussion.Summarized the main research conclusions,and points out the research existing shortcomings.The main conclusions of this paper are:Through questionnaire survey,this paper reveals that there is no signi ficant gender difference in left-behind children in Heyuan,and the proportion of migrant workers increases with the age of the left-behind children,from the point of left-behind status,the fathers go out to work separately and both parents go out to work account for the majority and the working site is mostly distributed in the pearl river delta as well as Heyuan city.the most common way of guardianship is the mothers or the grandparents.This paper combs the main performance of rural left-behind children problems:First of all,learning education problems.As the parents going out as Migrant workers and due to the lack of parental supervision,the left-behind children can not develop good study habits,and often have difficulties in learning and can not receive timely and effective counseling,resulting in poorer learning outcomes when compared with the un-left-behind children.Explain the lack of family structure effect on left-behind children's learning is enormous,parents on a child's growth process plays an important guidance and supervision.It shows that the influence of losing family structure on the learning of the left-behind children is enormous.Parents play an important guiding and supervising role in the process of children 's growth.Second,the life problems.The quality of life of left-behind children in rural areas decreased significantly,mainly in the effective protection of diet and nutrition,the lack of normal and regular life,the housework burden of rural left-behind children is significantly heavier than un-left-behind children.Third,the psychological health problems.Left-behind children 's sense of loneliness is easy to form introverted,extreme,closed,eccentric and other characters.The left-behind children's dishonest phenomenon is widespread,discipline violating and fighting phenomenon occurs frequently,meaning they have hidden trouble in safetyThis paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to control the problem of left-behind children in Heyuan countryside.First,from the aspects of government.To accelerate the pace of reform of urban and rural dual system,deepen the reform of social security,compulsory education,housing,social welfare and other systems,and vigorously promote the urbanization of rural migrant workers,creating better conditions for them to take care of minor children.The government should actively guide and support migrant workers to return home and start their own businesses,and vigorously develop the rural economy as well as introducing and implementing series of policies and measures to support it.In addition,to formulate laws to perfect the legal protection system of left-behind children.Second,from the aspects of family.Family is the first classroom of children,parents are the first teachers of the children and they should be a good example of the role,to strengthen the communication with their children,understand children's recent situation in a timely manner,and actively cooperate with school education to build a b etter family environment for the growth of the left-behind children.Third,from the aspects of school,to establish a student-centered education philosophy,to quality education as a guide,to promote the development of students as the center,to change t he traditional education concept and model;establish the left-behind children's education files,strengthen education management and psychological health education,training all-round development children.Fourth,from the aspects of society.Develop the effect of the media to make the public pay more attention to the issue of left-behind children,and develop the role of social organizations and volunteers from the different angle and different aspects to solve the left-behind children's basic needs.
