The Reason And The Countermeasures Of Left-in Children Rights Protection Problems In China Countryside

This article is based on a common social problem in countryside-left-in children. It tries to find out the actual situation of the protection of left-in children, and analyzes the reason why it happens. It puts forwards some suggestions and solutions, trying to solve this problem and make some innovation, providing left-in children the same living and study environment as other children from city families.The main content of this article is to find out the situation of left-in children protection, the existing problems and relative countermeasures through the analysis of the questionnaires of two schools in Yiling area and Changyang area. It emphasizes on the analysis and the countermeasures of left-in children protection.There are five chapters. The first part is isagoge. It explains the background, purpose and significance. The second part illustrates the investigation result of the present situation of left-in children. The third part analyzes the present situation of left-in children protection. The fourth part analyzes and researches the source of this problem. The fifth part puts forwards the countermeasures of left-in children protection problems.
