Research On The Investment Work Of Guangzhou Service Government

This paper summarizes the relevant research status both at home and abroad,and points out the research focus and direction of the thesis.Then,combining with the new public management theory,this paper studies and summarizes the main problems of the current investment in Guangzhou,and discusses the main manifestation and causes of the problem.And through empirical analysis,to explore the potential improvement in the existing theoretical system.Finally,combined with the above three,put forward and explore the Guangzhou service-oriented government investment optimization strategy.Based on the theory of new public management theory,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the investment work,and tries to put forward the countermeasures of the service-oriented government investment in Guangzhou,based on the specific problems in the investment work of Guangzhou,to explore the context of economic restructuring,Guangzhou,how to take advantage of the country,"the belt and road" building,China(Guangdong)Pilot Free Trade Zone Nansha Area of Guangzhou construction and "Internet +" development strategy and other opportunities to strengthen the local business environment construction,innovation and investment methods,Do a good job of service-oriented government investment work,so as to promote the healthy development of investment attraction.Based on the above results,this study argues that investment is the key to the adjustment and optimization of economic structure,and it is also the breakthrough or main direction of the overall economic transformation.The government should change from the control government function to the service-oriented government function,The government should strengthen its own macro management in the investment management functions,and constantly strengthen the industrial structure research,create and optimize the investment environment,standardize the market order;the government should be the government's investment in the management of investment,Weaken the investment in the micro-management functions,so that in the market and enterprises,investment will be introduced from the government to promote the operation of the market.
