Disabled people are the vulnerable groups who need to care,support and help,and they are also part of the society.They have the same right to pursue employment as the healthy people,but because of their own obstacles,they can't realize their demands for employment as the healthy people,so they need special employment services for the disabled to ensure the realization of their employment rights.On the one hand,it can help the disabled to participate in social activities equally,share the achievements of social development,and realize their yearning for a better life;on the other hand,it can enrich the research content of the disabled's employment security,further improve the theory of the disabled's employment security,and provide reference for the disabled to achieve high-quality employment.In recent years,governments at all levels have carried out a lot of work in the employment security for the disabled,and made some achievements,but there are still some problems,such as imperfect supporting policies,weak service institutions,social awareness of the employment of the disabled,and low professional quality of the disabled.In this paper,the government led,social participation,disabled response three levels of in-depth analysis,found problems,analysis of the causes of problems and put forward corresponding suggestions.In this paper,Longquanyi District of Chengdu is selected as the research object,and the status quo,problems and causes of the problems of employment security for the disabled in this district are studied.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of employment and security for the disabled,expounds the relevant theories of social exclusion,social support and demand,and takes the employment security for the disabled in Longquanyi District as the starting point to carry out investigation and research,drawing on the research results at home and abroad,and using literature,questionnaire,interview and other survey methods to measure the satisfaction of the employment security for the disabled in Longquanyi District Through the investigation,SPSS statistical analysis software is used to sort out the questionnaire data,and the measures and current situation of the employment security of the disabled in Longquanyi District are analyzed based on the literature and interview survey.It is found that there are some problems in the employment security of the disabled in Longquanyi District,such as the imperfect supporting policies,the weak strength of the service institutions,the deviation of the society's understanding of the employment of the disabled,and the low professional quality of the disabled This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects: government leading,social participation,and disabled response,and puts forward three countermeasures: strengthening government leading,encouraging social forces to participate,and guiding disabled people to respond positively,which can provide reference for local governments to improve the employment security service system for disabled people.
