The Present Situation And Solutions Of The Socialization To The Older Orphans In Welfare House

The orphan is the weakest and most demanding community in this society,and it is also the key part of social welfare and social assistance.For a long time,welfare house as the main mode of welfare services offer to the orphan,has achieved remarkable achievements in the aspects of centralized service resources and standardized management.Because of the long-term living in the welfare house,the orphan can't feel family love,and can't cognitive the family's relation.It is difficult to orphan to get socialization and return to society successfully.This problem also brings lots of pressure to the welfare agencies.After the State Council Office of the State Council punished in 2010,there was an obvious elevation in orphans' guarantee.But the main targets of these policies are almost to the young children.The welfare to older orphans,especially for their socialized needs,is little.Therefore,on the basis of protecting children and collecting data as much as possible,the writer use the research of depth interview,observation and literature to collect the data of the orphans in Shenzhen.The research including economic,social and emotional needs,the social moderation self-consciousness degree.Through the analysis of the present situation,the writer gives reasonable explanations to the problem,and puts forward some reasonable advices.The writer believes it should be analysis by the development of individual,family,school,peer groups,community organizations and mass media.In the end,the writer gives some suggestions in the aspects of government,welfare house,social worker and social forces.In order to provides a reference for the development of children's welfare in China.Of course,this paper still has a lot of shortcomings.First of all,it is lack of systematic practice process of socialization inquiry,which makes the conclusion plain.Secondly,it is difficult to get data from the orphan.Therefore,there are many limitations in interview observation and one-sided view.In this paper,the writer hopecan arouse people's attention to the social problems of the older orphans,then help them to get a better future.
