As an important department for solving social problems and serving grass-roots people,civil affairs organizations,the configuration and management of civil servants in civil affairs agencies are directly related to the development of civil affairs.Strengthening the civil service establishment in Xinjiang civil affairs organs is conducive to the development of civil affairs in Xinjiang.The construction of civil servants in civil affairs agencies in Xinjiang is an objective need for building a service-oriented government,a major force for solving social problems,and a necessary guarantee for social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.Build a well-off society in an all-round way.The establishment of a high-quality,professional and civil-service civil service to meet the requirements of the people in the new era is an important goal for promoting the healthy development of civil affairs.This article is divided into five parts : The first part is a summary of the construction of civil servants in civil administration in Xinjiang;the second part is an analysis of the status quo of civil servants in civil administration in Xinjiang,including the general situation of civil servants in civil affairs agencies in Xinjiang,civil servants in civil affairs agencies in Xinjiang.The results of the team building and the analysis of the status quo of civil servants in Xinjiang civil affairs organizations;the third part analyzes the problems existing in the construction of civil service personnel in Xinjiang civil affairs organs,including insufficient talents,unreasonable team structure,low overall quality,and serious brain drain.With limited space for promotion and poor rotation of exchanges,the author analyzed the reasons for these problems in the study,and believes that the new concept of civil service needs to be improved,the operational guidance of the policy needs to be improved,and the external environment for team building.There is room for improvement,the promotion mechanism for the promotion of civil servants needs to be optimized,the education and training mechanism for civil servants needs to be improved,and the incentive mechanism for the promotion of civil servants needs to be strengthened.The fourth part proposes the corresponding practical measures for strengthening the construction of civil servants in Xinjiang civil affairs organizations from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,ideological development,sound organizationconstruction,and optimizing management mechanisms.Realistic issues provide a reference.
